Fran grew up  in Dorset surrounded by animals. The sort of girl who raised chicks in her bedroom and  brought ponies into the kitchen. She studied Fine Art at Canterbury and even then cows featured heavily in her degree show.

Fran works in oil, acrylic, watercolour, ink and print specialising in rare breeds but  also does the occasional landscape. She now divides her time between Dorset and Buckinghamshire where she lives with her two dogs, three chickens, two children and  husband.
